For Balrahn's Ring, when you assign this to an item set, it gives the Adds "Refresh" effect stat, which isn't entirely true, it should read Assault: Adds "Refresh" effect.
This is important for when you equip another item such as Royal Cloak or Duelist's Chapeau, the refresh effect you get is different then Balrahn's Ring, and it should be categorized seperately from each other.
