if you have having hard time hitting mobs on WS id sayd Gorget but if you think you are hitting fine then Hope Torque...unless Shadida says something different.

As far as DMG improvement goes it's not a huge deal, it's like 2%. But AGI+5 R.atk+~5-6 probably won't make a 2% difference.
