BLU learning question
is it possible for me to have my BLU on a chocobo, and my PUP fighting stuff, and still learn the spell? trying to get a few spells that my BLU can't solo, so thinking of ways i can do it without needing to wait.
If you're talking about dual boxing, yes. You don't need to get hate on the mob to lean the spell, you just have to be in party when it uses the spell and dies. Whether you can learn it without getting off your chocobo or not, I don't know, not sure why you would want to bother trying though tbh.

Yes, As long as you are in the Zone and it uses that spell. Remember blue magic skill is the base chance of which you learn the spell, so if you are really underlevelled you're going to have a hard time of it. You can learn it on a chocobo, A friend has done it before whilst I was soloing mobs. i'm actually trying to get Sound Blast, but instead of using the whole, 2-3 *** spawns in Meri. i'm fighting tabar beaks in Saurumong-whatever. Since they're IT, my BLU can't take them, but it's a lv. 32 spell (i'm 31)

I've actually learned a spell before anythign on the screen loaded. Like I zoned into korrokla tunnel and before I even got the message of what zone I was entering while the screen was still black I got the learned sandspin message lol.
i hate spell farming. it's a tedious annoying pain. but i love BLU >_> it's quickly becoming my second favorite job (first being BRD)
Spell farming is the one thing that entices me to blu, but seeing as I'm helping a friend I guess I'm having that.
Also /brofist for loving BRD. My favourite job too. At first I hated spell farming... especially since I could never get any help. But then as I got much much better at soloing like all of them and much better at learning it quickly I kinda liked it. Much better than paying 400k per scroll over and over on blm... /rage
Most I've ever spent on a scroll was probably 150k for Ballad lol.
Yeah when I lvld rdm and blm spells were a bit higher in price... except high lvl ice ones cause people still did KRT burns lol

i never spent a dime on BRD spells unless it was from NPC vedors that sold it.
