DNC AF +1, Thoughts?

I just got the pieces to upgrade dnc af to AF +1.

But looking in to it, it just seems like a waste of ABC's. Since all AF pieces are macro pieces anyway, and the +1 dont give better waltz potency, longer samba duration or better step acc compared to the regular AF anyway.

But then again, maybe I'm missing something?

tbh with the new gear updates I didnt see any reason to upgrade any of my pieces and waste my ABCs..

Of course if you are a DNC main with ONLY dnc then maybe to be a completionist? However AFv3!! Magian trial armor! I would save the coinage~ Wait to see =/ but thats me

The AF+1 pants are actually a pretty decent TP option if you're looking into getting more Attack & Accuracy, 5 VIT and 5 CHR on there as well are also great for Self-Waltzes and Curing. I see way too many people TP'ing in the Etoile Tights, yah they have 3 Haste, but that is really the only thing going for them. Yes, i tend to not *** out Haste as much as other people might consider, since Haste does no good if you're not landing hits > 0. Another piece to consider as well is the +1 Hands, they offer 4 DEX & AGI + 5 attack, in addition to the step accuracy enhancement. The Tiara is a nice macro swap for DE, with the 4 CHR & DEX, the Feet are an ok option for swapping for PK, and the body, well, its a decent macro for WS'ing assuming you don't have Mirke, Aurore Doublet, or even Etoile Casaque. But personally, from experience, the legs and the hands are both a decent option to upgrade

Hands +1 would give you 1 whole amazing accuracy more for your steps!
Looking at the stats I can't really see any reason at all to upgrade any :P

I use haste legs for TP onry! Same for feet hands, body, head, belt! lol

If I really really need acc so badly I'd much rather eat sole sushi +1 if I have to than sacrifice one of my precious haste slots :D

Depending on what else you have available, the feet are a good WS piece and are also nice in an evasion set. There are fairly easy to get alternatives that match it in both builds though.

I've had the Temenos and Apollyon DNC items for a while now, but the AF+1 is so shitty I don't want to spend the gil on ABCs. /sigh

aurore gaiters, since I use them for TP and they have same EVA, AF +1 feet seems useless for that as well really.

Yeah, one of these days I'll probably use up the items on the body piece just for the lulz.

+1 head for DE . the rest is pretty much outdated .

... cos IMO /dnc or MAIN DANCER changes things.

And these new updates and added stuff may well change our gear set ups.

i was just looking at this a cpl days ago since i have had both pcs for awhile. nothing jumped out at me. thank you guys for the info on what is worth getting for w/e purpose.
