Oregon Trail, man.

That game was banned from our elementary school computer lab because everyone spent all day shooting animals instead of progressing. That, or naming all your pioneers after kids you hated then purposely killing them off.

There's something about making tombstones ASAP then engraving "Here lies john he is a stupid gaylord poop eater" for future classmates to see.



The teachers eased up and eventually rewarded good students with promises of "10 minutes of free hunting time" before the period ended.
