Hollow Earring And Haste Samba

an interesting topic that came to mind when i was finishing up zilart missions and i looked at hollow earring.

apparently it enhances drain samba even though its not a damaging "enspell"

has anyone thought about trying to see if it affects haste samba at all?


i know it's not an enspell or anything, but if drain samba quote on quote works, then haste samba should too.

It might, but the focus of "damage" might meant it wont. I would speculate it wouldn't based on the word damage

well drain samba doesnt actually deal damage

If you look up hollow earring on hear I think someone said it works.... but I'm pretty sure they did it wrong since after straight meleeing several eps to death the range was the same. I didn't try parsing to see if it might have changed the average within the range though.

From the sounds of it they were trying to compare a gaxe user to a axe user and delay messed with them. Instead of comparing themselves before and after lol.

So if it doesn't work with drain I seriously doubt it would work with haste. Even if that wouldn't be rediculously broken lol
