How do you parse the information from the POL URL?

If possible in Java/Ajax or PHP, I've tried a number of ways but can't seem to figure it out.

"DOM" google it for more info. It's what I use to make an automatic RSS feed off POL similar to what FFXIAH uses on their front page.
