How quickly can it be consumed?
Would be a nice emergency heal item in case Reward isn't up yet and your pet eats a nasty TP move or something.

You can spam them if you had an inventory full of them, but they dont stack. They dont take long at all to use mabe one second?

That's good. What about that stupid unable-to-do-anything-for-30-seconds effect after most item consumption?
