Have the Byne bill drop rates evened out with the other two types or are they still dropping at a more substantial rate?

It was never really so much that bynes dropped more... a combination of Bastok being easier and bynes not being used in as many highly-sought after relics is what made them cheaper. As of the first level cap, Windy and Sandy were total jokes, though.

Nah that's not accurate, Bynes always had a much higher droprate. I'd regularly clear Basty with 400+ and barely break 200 on Sandy or Windy.

I haven't really been in since they changed it so i'm wondering.

Ive done Bastok Windy and Sandy, we usually come out with more in Bastok.
