Final Heaven Damage Numbers On 99 Relic?

Hey guys, just been lurking around various forums and seen that at 95 Spharai gets a 25% FH damage boost, and was wondering if it's been increased on a 99 relic at all, and if so, what's the damage like on it? I'm fully aware that almost all relic WS are complete fail, and a MNK should be using Shijin if not using empy, but i'd just like to know what numbers are like ^^ (no relic or empy so this is just a question >.>)

Shijin Spiral is 5.0625 fTP, 100% DEX
Final Heaven is 3 fTP, 60% VIT, +40% damage (4.2 fTP)


If you assume a 20% DA rate:
Shijin Spiral is 5.4625 fTP, 100% DEX
Final Heaven is 3.4 fTP, 60% VIT, +40% damage (4.76 fTP)

Unless Monk starts getting a ton of TA gear, +40% damage doesn't even come close to making it viable.

That sucks :/ SE really need to pull the thumb out of their *** with relic WS's! I guess having relic WS > all and the +counter would make them the be-all end all which is a bit silly really, oh well, still aiming for relic h2h someday anyways aha :D Thanks for the input guys!

If you count the 1 ftp from the additional hits for Shijin, shouldn't you do the same for Final Heaven? So 4.0 ftp for FH? Every H2H ws is twofold unless the description explicitly mentions the number of hits (though Tornado Kick is the odd one out and is actually 3 hits iirc, but applies to the rest).

FH is probably better on the level 99 however it's still the same inconsistent ws.
