Meeble Glitch? (Not Kicked Out)

Hello, Me and 5 people just did a Meeble run clearing the Assistant Path and the boss for the clear. After we all exit we talk to galka to get our Grimoire back and recieve the message "You must wait 18 hours",After this we checked with the galka in Saum and ask how many Sacks we have and he tells us 5,We trade our Glimoire back to him to recieve a new KI and he now holds 4. We were sure you had to wait 20hours per stone or are we missins something or could this just be for first timers?(Even tho we have cleared the Adjunct path.)

We are all a little confused,and google has provided no answer,Anyone?

They made it so when receiving a Diligence grimoire you get 5 stones, if you had it prior to the patch then you get the 5 stones after running out the first time.
