I just have to put that hat on sometimes cuz we're a small company. I mainly do technical presentations, training, demo, sit on sale calls, work with dev team/partners etc and other stuff. Sorta like a sales engineer and product engineer hybrid role + some. But anywho the software is a direct competitor to vmware horizon view and the licensing model for it is way different and cheaper. Had business with several ISDs. Main reason they like us is because they didn't want to replace physical desktops in labs/class rooms every 2-5 years, wanted more endpoint management and ability to deploy images/applications to systems better than using other available tools. be sure to repeat your company's name, or the product name multiple times as much as you can.
