depends on how you much you wanna focus on the pet or the master as always...

As Tedril stated, it will depend on how you want to play. For me, I'm building the entire set, but the Ankusa gloves and gaiters will come first for my pet -PDT build. The cumulative -7% PDT is nuts (for HQ). When you throw in Anwig Salade, you're looking at -17% pet PDT!
