What target, gearsets, mainhand weapon, weaponskill, buffs?

I've goofed around with it a bit in mote's sheets and I basically always get Hangaku beating Cibi if using Apex. That's against high level stuff assuming ranged brd buffs and other standard stuffs.

Do/were you not around for the 75 cap days?

Or do you not pay attention at all? TP bonus is an amazing thing, why do you think almost everyone advocates WotG TP bonus moonshade?

Spread sheets are found by googling DPS spreadsheets ffxi, or montenten's spreadsheets etc.

The issue is Apex's TP scaling isn't dmg but the amount of def it ignores. So that somewhat weakens the TP bonus effect on the bow.

"Ignores defense based on tp", almost literally translates directly into "more damage based on tp".

Situation pending, 99% of the time etcetc.

I only looked at Apex since I'm more concerned with SAM, Jinshu's benefits a lot more from the TP bonus.

More or less, yes, but the ignores defense above 100tp hasn't been tested as far as I know.

A little bit of preliminary testing suggests ~20% ignored at 200% TP and ~30% ignored at 300% TP. I had this argument last week.
