Hi All,

A bit new to Bard, just starting to gear it up. I have all of the Aby gear, which seems to have most of the +song however it looks like most of the AF and Relic reforge armor isn't that good.

As a bard, should I get this or just continue to sing in my +song (mostly abby) gear?

If not AF/Relic, what should I be working towards?

From gear, for your songs, is prefered that you have songs with max duration, what can be achieved by (mArch, minuet, ballad, etc) +1 gear, instruments and duration+ gear. Those are, aside empy gear:

Aside those, any other gear sets will be focused in fast cast, macc, healing and bukadans favorite pdt/mdt.

really depends on how hardcore you want to play.

If you're gonna stay away from serious alliance play, you can skip duration /fastsong / pdt.

Get a solid Macc set (mostly AF / Relic). See by yourself in the sticky bard guide.
Aby +2 gear is ok to sing in for buffs.

If you're serious about playing the job, all you need is in the bard guide.
