The amount of flouride you'd have to absorb is insane to cause kidney damage, you'd have to do it on purpose, or be an idiot and swallow mouthwash often.

Your anecdotal nonsense aside, your paranoid delusions are rather amusing.

Thats not being paranoid if you do not believe me, by all means look it up and check that link out.

as one intelligent poster put, you should have the freedom to

There's no reason to dump fluoride in public water sources. It does have detrimental effects if over consumed, even if they often begin in nothing more than a mildly cosmetic aspect.

Just go to the store and buy some.

Nothing should be forced on free people.

Your premises are incorrect, aside from the low blows, I'll get straight to the point: you aren't being forced to drink the water, you have the option to not use or consume the public water, or to alter it to remove things that you incorrectly find dangerous.

You are being paranoid, but because you are being paranoid, you're immune to reason. You are anti-vaccinations are you?

Because some studies say that you can get skin cancer from sunlight doesn't mean you'll be spending the rest of your life in a Vault somewhere, set yourself on fire in the sun or melt in the sun like a supreme geek.

Just because some studies say you will die if you drink a lot of water in a short time doesn't mean you will stop drinking water all together.

Just because some studies say you will have kidney damages if you consume a lot of fluoride doesn't mean you should worry about it in your tap water. A minor amount of fluoride in tap water can reduce bad breath and tooth decay if you rinse your mouth with it.

It's not in that anti-vax thread, I just looked.

Must have been in that abortion thread that got nuked last night. There was mention of vaccines there.

Ya know, even at 32PPM, fluoride ions still don't become toxic, even over time.

However, the amount of fluoride in the water is between 1.4 to 4PPM.

The other thing, is that the WHO, CDC, and so on, have all confirmed that in areas where anti-septic mouthwash, toothpaste, and other oral health options are readily available in abundance, to recommend a drop in fluoride from 4ppm to 1.4ppm, so it's already being addressed.

Fluoride in drinking water in the US served and still serves a purpose to promote oral health and prevents, or delays damage to the gums, teeth, and tongue. Particularly in areas where there becomes far stricter access to oral health care products and services such as dentists.

Fluoride was first introduced because it helps to strengthen and supplement Dentin, staving off tooth decay.

Nah, King. Pleebo tends to not directly confront any crazies unless they're clearly conservative. That's why Refreshazure, Lordgrim, and the "crazy perpetual energy laser machine in space" guy have all gotten a pass.

Except with half of the ***he's posted, it would cause greater harm to the majority of people than it would do any good. And the other half is delusional at best, for his own subjective view of what is his own personal truth and justice, in spite of the overwhelming evidence against such claims.

Choice of words reflect what was said, whether intended or not.

You said something that had condescending attitude all over it.

"you just described yourself" is a perfect example of patronizing superiority.

Unfortunately for you and your "truth and justice" friends, I don't decide what is a fact based on feelings.

I may challenge the facts presented, or ask for further references to read.

nor do I post things believed to be real, yet easily debunked. I also don't cite youtube conspiracy theorist videos as fact, ignore what words mean, or how they are used.

I am also willing to accept when I'm wrong, or when I've lost an argument.

I can also analyze both sides of an argument, concede points of argument based on evidence or information presented.

So far, however, what Lordgrim has proposed as for "the betterment of America", has absolutely no short or long term benefits, because he doesn't offer any kind of recourse other than destroying the current systems in place or correcting them, because he's shown a serious lack of understanding them, or even using them correctly.

Are either of you even aware of the function of the Federal Reserve (aside from the belief that it creates financial slavery)?

There is a saying:
"The road to hell is paved with good intentions"

Whether a person cares or not for their country makes no difference if they are posting content which is false and can cause harm (e.g. Linking vaccines with autism and calling them antibiotics).

He is free to post (lies or truths) and people are free to refute it. That's how free speech works.

Do what is true and just for the sake of what is good and virtuous.
