Absentee ownership/lack of moderation is a big issue in the Western community at the moment. I would love to see FFXIAH take on some new mods that are actively engaged with the community again. It feels like everyone involved in the site has pretty much moved on (and that's okay). We just desperately need some new blood that's paying attention.

Also, as people have noticed, I'm around a lot less these days. I started a new job, which is good! But it's super busy as I get ramped up, which is bad. At some point it will even out and I'll have more time, I hope?
