Doing that aswell, is brutal, nebimonite bite so low and virtually 0 skullups in grotto and ferry, 21-24 took ages, bite often on newmoon but no skill. Carp bites good, very low skillups, bass bite decent low skillups. Using +5 gear at 24 and it sucks.

That is true, although I don't know how difficult skilling up is these days, but the 11-27 gap will be slow. Isn't there skillup food now?
