Protect / Shell Duration

I'm curious if there is any gear that increase duration of Protectra and Shellra?

I was in a Sinister Reign party and we picked up a JP WHM. I noticed that when I was given ProShell the in game status timer says 39 minutes instead of the usual 29. We were rushing through the fights so I didn't have time to check gear.

I didn't think much of it at the time, but the more I think back the more curious I am. I've tried looking for gear that extends duration but haven't had much luck. Maybe a subjob trait/ability adds duration? I'd really like to know what sort of sorcery this WHM was using.

Someone's using augmented Telchine Armor which adds up to Enhancing Magic Duration+10% per piece.

in addition, perpetuance & gear that enhances perpetuance works for protect/shell.

There's also Dynasty Mitts but those are only 5 seconds, for 39 minutes he must've had perfect Telchine head/body/hands augments (can't use legs/feet or you lose the relic pro/shell bonus).
