In other words, he was surveiled, just not wire tapped in the traditional sense of a connecting to a phone's wire. Hahahahahahah

In actual news, Gorsuch is going through confirmation hearings. Looks like activist judges will be in prime position to get wrecked again very soon. Let's all shed a tear for 9th District Court of Appeals.

And the questioning often isn't even designed to get an answer. It's designed to push a narrative for the constituents of the person asking the questions.
It reminds me of all those times in Law & Order where the lawyer says something snarky that they know will draw an objection and have to be retracted.
