New Metroidvania Game Hollow Knight

Was looking to see if we had an Andromeda thread but came across this.

I've read it's a super good game but the frame rate stutter is killer. Literally. It's an amazing game with a near fatal flaw that will screw you up a lot.

I've got it wishlisted and really want to play it but they're going to have to fix that before I spend money on it. That sort of problem in a Metroidvania game is truly brutal.

Recently picked up Steamworld: Dig because I wanted a Metroidvania fix. It was enjoyable, albeit shorter than I'd have liked. Going to pickup the sequel when I see it on sale also.

I know there was a game before Dig that was completely different. I guess I didn't realize the subsequent game was different too.

Didn't look hard enough into it yet I guess. Whatever, I've got Andromeda to play thoroughly atm but in the future when I'm in another lull I'll look into it.

Is it as good as Ori?
