We recently had an issue reported that sounded similar. Are you using the Config plugin? If so, can you check Windower/plugins/settings/Config.xml and see if ClippingPlane is set to 0? If so, increase it to 5 or something, that should run easily on most PCs made in the last decade.

I do have config, but its set to 10. Also when this happens I'm locked in place I cannot move. If I warp it fixes it till I teleport back.

I've had this issue happen to me a handful of times only, in the past year. The world is black, I can only see my character and I can only run in place.

I'm also running config @ 60FPS and 10 ClippingPlane.

Its happening more and more to me lately mostly cause I'm actually doing ***instead of guarding town always happens when zoning. Sometimes not always playonline crashes after it happens. Other times It doesn't crash and I run in place. Just tonight while doing Spamucade It happened 3 times in three hours. Can anyone think of anything that could be causing this?
