Two Questions About Configuring Windower

First, is there a way to make it so this is true of sound from the game?

Maximized: Sound
Non-focused Window: Sound
Minimized: No Sound

From what I can tell, neither of the standard options in the config for sound follows this pattern.

Second, is there a way to manually change the screen size when maximized when Windower is under the Window mode under config? Right now, it doesn't fill the entire screen, leaving a few pixels on each side.

I've been asking for this feature since they upgraded to Windower 4.3 ;_;
But alas atm it's not possible, sorry.
