Batman Ninja

Saw this was a thing.

It seems neat enough, but DC did a line of alternate timeline histories back in the early-mid 90s where they did a samurai Batman one where Batman was a retainer to the emperor and Robin was his protégé. It was actually really good even though it didn't have any of the traditional Batman villains. It was actually a pretty solid Japanese theme and it worked well. Definitely had the 90s anime vibe of being a lot of cool themes that were only sort-of fleshed out and let your imagination fill in the blanks.

I'll be damned if I can find anything about it on Google right now but I don't have a ton of time to dig.

I might actually still have the physical paper comic in my attic though. I'll go digging when I get home.

Aha! Found it!

It was specifically a Robin comic, not Batman, in the Elseworlds line in 1996. Also featured a ninja Catwoman, as you can see on the cover there.
