When I call trusts do i need to make sure I am in avg i119 gear or do there stats adjust as your gear changes.

I ask because my idle set gives slightly lower avg item level

if i need to make sure i am in i119 gear when i summon them i need to add somthing to gearswap

Once you're level 99, they'll retroactively change level based on your item level
