Is it possible to have the current strat count announced in chat? As if the count was attached to a macro or something. I know I could /recast Stratagem, but that only shows me. Any help or input is greatly appreciated.

If for example you have one stratagem on recast with 22 seconds to go it'll show:
[Stratagems] 0:22 (4)
