Mine isn't working too. I'm not sure what the max is but I have 17 saved.

Though this is not what they are talking about, I seem to be having a problem with the 'save' button. When I try to remove friends from appearing on one of my chars and then click the 'save' button, it still shows them when I go to my chars ah page. Any suggestions or ideas?
