Pretty sure I was one of the first four to answer the question about Yoran-Oran, and I've not received confirmation.
Pretty sure I (Thorny) was the first to answer one of the questions, and haven't gotten an e-mail either. I'm worried I won't get it because of the server transfer too... but I hope they're not that stupid to bone us over like that.
I was worried about the server merger myself. I will have to change my name when they move me so hopefully they will be able to keep it all straight.

They have the online chat, I think it's just very hard to find. You need to have specific issues in order to have it as an option. They give you a code you would use to redeem the Chocobo Beret with the optional services in POL.
