I thought LS leaders were supposed to get new un-opened shells?

Or did all the shells of merging servers just break up???

They're like guild vendors, especially considering they have open and closed hours.
I've run into this issue before accidentally...

Bummer. And that's an expensive mistake to correct after a few attempts >.<
