So, I made a thread a week or 2 ago about this SAM/DNC in my LS that say he could solo the Ash Dragon (as SAM/DNC). It was a pretty large consensus(sp?) that that would be largely impossible.
But, this same person says she solo'd Genbu for her Genbu's Shield as SAM/NIN. Thoughts?

It's possible. Far from logical but still possible. /ra spam can kill Genbu. Hell, any job that can do damage from more than 5 feet away can kill Genbu. Even a LV1 Taru SMN with only Carbuncle.
Okay, not quite...0 damage prevents it but that's it! Really an easy solo. Just very time consuming. youtube it. owait ill do it for you.

Run > meditate > ws rinse and repeat. sure gonna take awhile though. Not sure about the autoregen part though. edit: nvm I forgot about ranged attack as well. It can be done but why would you? D: Would still call BS on ash dragon unless they can either do it and fraps it or something.. Hell even if they could survive longer then 10 minutes. Edit : amg beaten like twice D: Trick is to have antidotes ready and back up meds, dont TP on Genbu kite it and when it stops to cast, run up and ws it, or i suppose you can hit it. The fight is long because the meditate timer is long.
