I believe all stats can max out at 6%. Which makes this better than Jelly Ring because you won't have the +magic damage taken. And the rings are not rare so if you're lucky you can have 2 :)

What rings are you referring to?
Dark Rings.
You can find them Augmented in Abyssea Konsch. Gold boxes, need to farm a hefty Amber light to start seeing anything good.
Ahh, and the augments are random?
random PDT MDT and breath dmg taken -% i've seen up to -6%
