Looks like your standard chapeau that is a brighter red with gold inlay rather than relic's silver. The rest of the gear she's wearing is standard relic.
The blu in that pick looks like he's wearing a *** up winged leech hat. LOL or a Ebur Tam with two Emperor Hair Pins tapped to the sides.

If RDM doesn't get refresh 2 in this next update I don't see why anyone would want to play it. Looks like a normal AF2 hat in low resolution to me.

And it really doesn't look like any of the other rdm hats, the top is red and on both AF and AF2 hats the top part is black.
