Determining The Mobs Agi To Your Advantage

What are some ways you can find out a mob's agi? Or is just using dex testing gear the only way you can do it at the moment? I just want to know so I can optimize my gear to cap the crit rate first and then the str/other items. I'm more interested in finding out certain boss-type mob agi levels too, so if you can provide your insight to that it would be a pretty cool stroy bro.
