Forum changes include:

  • You can post with your FFXIV characters

  • FFXI title, current job & nation removed. There is a placeholder for a title but I haven't decided what to do there yet. Either custom titles or let you pick your FFXI title or both.

  • Username(with link)/Game/Server in box under Online status.

  • Able to see who [+]'d a post on the bottom of each post.

  • [+]'s limited to 20 per day. This is there to prevent like spamming. Most users don't get close to 20/day.

  • Converted table layout on topic view to purely div&css (pita btw), might help with performance.



Non Forum changes:
Sticky Menus, left and right side. You can disable them if they freak you out.

All changes have been tested with latest version of Chrome, Firefox, and IE.

Loving the sticky menus as well. Looks very streamlined.

Sticky menu overlap looks weird if you're browsing in a small window and scroll right. It overlaps the Top and Show OP buttons along with everything in the Reply box and the sample BBCode. Forcing an update rq to make sure it's not just an outdated Firefox version misbehaving.

I'm digging the update despite how awkward the whole public [+] thing will be now. Also you think maybe in the future you could make the friend list sticky too?

ok, I see it. I will disable if window width is too small. Right now it get's disabled when the height isn't large enough.

This is by design. I have to let the browser scroll normally to a certain point. Otherwise, users with a smaller browser height, won't be able to see their friends list or anything else under the menu without manually resizing the window. It doesn't really matter for the right side because the worse that could happen is not being able to see the bottom of the ad. I think I can optimize it further.

I disabled the sticky menu tho, as I scrolled down, the menu would just de-pop and re-pop for every click my scroll-wheel would make. =(
