Is it reasonable to do this then spam the ***out of Upheaval outside Aby? Been doing more and more stuff outside so I figured I'd try for a set like this. Still working on a WS set, but I'm pretty sure this would be more important.

Ogier in your hand slot and Blitz ring in place of Tyrant's. You'll be able to better use your neck and earring slot that way. That's what I see at first glance anyway.

No problem. Yeah, VW, but the newer gear isn't nearly as rare as the tier 3 is. They're mostly all secondary drops, like Dilaram's sollerets, etc, as opposed to main drops.

Just looked up the NM. Looks like I'll have to get a group going on that. Any idea what the ~drop rate is?

Abysmal like everything else. Unless you are one of the lucky few who go 1/5 or something. I'd stick with it and have patience though, you make gil each run at least.
