    • Recast time reduced from ten minutes to five.
    • Duration increased from one minute to three.
    • Reduction granted by Warding Circle Recast merit enhancement adjusted from twenty seconds per point to ten.

Not really, I just wish I was asleep cause they are so damn early in the morning ~.~

that wasn't meant in a bad way towards you. i appreciate you posting this stuff just with tanaka running rampant on the game i flinch any time i see any adjustments now.
