Fudo/Shoha Neck And Waist

Hey guys, been getting back into the swing of things with Sam again, my sets are ok, but need to maybe replace my forever aging snow gorget and light belt..
Was looking at Justiciar's Torque and Prosilio Belt (would love to try and get it myself but Woe is dead, or everyone only flocks to flux 9 or 15 in JP time). Are these best or am i missing something?

Lol realized it was the amano in there. SO acc flies out the window -.- But I don't know about using unkai back lol. 5 str 14 attack over 20 attack 3 double attack. Iffy.

Well you know, amanao can't use fudo for starters. Single hit WS so the -acc isn't an issue, and fudo has 60% STR mod. So nothing you've said makes any sense, once again.

How do people that aren't aware of the massive WSAcc bonus to initial hits exist?

replace masamune in that slot, doesn't change the fact fudo has a massive WSacc bonus an fudo is 60% STR mod.

Lol and who uses fudo? On EP ***, yeah go all out str, who cares. But on high end ***, you need acc.

Yall just look for reasons to argue. I just think 20 str 3 double attack beats 14 attack 5 str lol. That's all. I admitted acc doesn't matter much, but on VW tier 3+ and legion and such, yes you will want acc in your build. Not with amano though.

Technically both, but..

I can't tell from the way you word things, but just because a ws has more than 1 hit doesn't mean the first hit doesn't get an acc boost. Every first/main hit in any ws gets an acc boost.

This is what I was trying to elaborate on in some other threads.

The first hit of any weaponskill has a very large accuracy boost.

Fudo 1st hit (accuracy boost)

Shoha 1st hit (accuracy boost), 2nd hit calculated normally

so justic torque abd light belt? not really answered my question// this is with masa..

I use j-torque and Beir belt+1 for fudo.

Breeze belt/torque for shoha.

Going to deal with the atheling/unkai back part first. They are almost exactly the same so as long as you use one or the other no one gives a ***.

As for the acc issue every first hit of a WS gets the acc boost (how is this not common knowledge, glad some people mentioned it above. They get my +'s ^^) but if you only land 1 hit with shoha (the first) fudo would of been the better choice. For this reason I shoha in unkai kote +2 and the fact that MASA SAMs should also be using acc+ food on things like ig-alima. Thats just to sure up the massive acc they loose in the tp phase more than WSs though.

Not had a chance to do legion yet but I can assume that acc+ food for MASA SAMs is the way forward in there also.


EP mobs are a great example of when Fudo excells because pDIF is capped and capping pDIF on stronger mobs is waaaay easier with shoha due to the att boost. If it can be made up through buffs though Fudo will win again.

Edit: Stop making Fudo sound like a second rate citizen to shoha!! Learn when its best to use which WS @ fupa

One last point then I will stop, I promise. While these are good gear sets they are very much amano kaiten and shoha sets.

First set, why would you swap out 4att/tp bonus moonshade in that "fudo" set for cent? Easy because it's your kaiten build. (The amano gives it away)

Same with your shoha set, heafoc mitts and windbuffet belt while fantastic gear choices they naturally lean more toward a amano. Where the -acc on heafoc has little to no effect on amano shoha's and where if windbuffet's TA or QA procs a amano user is far more likely to land all the additional hits.


OP asked for both shoha and fudo masa builds (assumed masa as it said fudo/shoha in OP). No offence but the petty bickering between you and fupa made it difficult to know what the hell is going on in this thread.
