Hello everybody, I'm currently getting my WAR over lvl90 and I'm planning on meriting Resolution. I'd like to know which is the best GS I can get for that purpose without going for empy/relic.
I was thinking about Jingang, STR trial Ig-alima GS and I read that the OAT could also be a nice choice (even if nastier than the others).
Any suggestion?

Edit: I believe Jingang Greatsword is the best option for WAR if Rag is off the table.

Well if this is for Warrior, then the only one you -can- use of the examples provided is Jingang~
Only other surefire weapon is Ragnarok. Well, Warrior can't use Hoarfrost, Empyrean, STR, OAT, or any other Magian Great Sword, so~

edit: beaten! Jingang if you can 5hit it and the AH one with add effect stun otherwise, I belive.
Don't take that as fact, but no matter which of those you use, they'r both decent. Then again, if you don't have Ragnarok, you really wanna use a great axe on WAR. Lol my bad.
So going for Jingang. So without Ragnarok it would be better to go for GA and Upheaval?
From what I see going for a 5-hit is not that hard. Getting a Widowmaker would be a joke since I'm about to spam Alfard. Yes theres that AH GS lv97 or so 120 base damage 482 delay I think and additional effect stun war/drk/pld its craftable as for GA i've tested Widow Maker and Ire Dies the GAxe everyone is lol about and Dies does better than Widow maker

Yes What he said, but it couldn't hurt to keep a GSD and proper Resolution build around for instances that allow you to take advantage of Might Strikes. It's dies irae, and the -30 acc makes it pretty shallow compared to widowmaker, that being mentioned I'm sure a few ToM gaxes are better than that, or even Laceratrice.
Even then, should really work towards an ukonvasara. Ukon is out of question, we're doing the next Glavoid circle of hell for a friend of mine (the one with ragnarok who's give me his jingang) and I will never feel like doing it again :)
Unluckily there's no space for 2 WS for war, since I already have Exenterator and Ruinator, so I have to choose, either Upheaval or Resolution. Really after 3 Empy I don't feel like doing a 4th one, maybe in the future. If it's only for warrior, Upheaval for sure.
you can still cap acc even with the -30 acc isnt that big of a deal
If you have enough perseverance you can take 2 hours a day to solo dyna and have a relic in 3 months. All depends how bad you want it.
I'm already halfway of Annihilator and Armageddon... actually WAR will be used for Nyzul, that's why I'm not planning about putting the effort for Ukon or Ragnarok.
You may want to consider using a different job, then. A sub-optimal WAR is not a good choice for Nyzul.

There's room to budge on SCH (rune *** variety) and even then a skilled/well-geared version is desirable.
