Cant get Voidwatch Status tp gear to equip

Hey guys need some help from someone please, to show me where im going wrong in my war spellcast, my Voidwatch tp set doesn't equip when in VW, I havent tested the embrava tp set either, but im sure that aint gonna work - as ive inserted both rules similarly.
Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!

The buff name is Voidwatcher, not Voidwatch.

I was thinking the pdt + mdt locks were preventing the VW set from starting, in engaged, and aftercast, so added the rules to those areas.
Embrava TP set is at line's 88-102
The embrava Buffactive is at line's 384-387

I deleted the mdt + pdt sets, and adjusted the sc, so now it all works properly.
Abyssea TP set, Voidwatch TP set, and embrava tp set all working as intended.
Im still building other sets, based on different buffs, cor / brd / different atmacites.
If anyone has any suggestions to improve on what i've got, please feel free.

Out of boredom I had a go at cleaning it up a bit using xml I've put together and/or ripped off from others. :)
I changed how your engagement rules are set up, added a lot more nested commands, added 0.1 predelay on your abilities to ensure your gear swaps in time, cancel spells when sleeping or inflicted with amnesia, and a few other changes.
My best suggestion on tweaking it further is to use more basesets with your gear to save extra lines of code. If you want more engaged gear sets based on status icons, just use the Voidwatcher Elseif in the Engaged rules as a template, replacing 'Voidwatcher' with the appropriate status.
