I've read and heard the ODD rate is 16% and I've also seen 20% mentioned. Does anyone know the actual ODD rate on a 99 Gungnir?

Its believed to be 16% and it isnt actually ODD its OD2.5 the ODD on the other hand is 20%

Does Motenten's spreadsheet account for the OD2.5 at 16%?

Motenten's sheets currently don't have anything that automatically calculates Relic ODD to my knowledge. You have to manually calculate it and plug it into the ODD slot. Only procs on the first hit of a turn so you have to account for that, then you can multiply the proc rate by 1.5 since it's a OD2.5.
