Dual Wield Factor Into Haste Cap?

I'm looking at the 3 main items that enhance dual wield effect( Koga Hakama, Ninja Chainmail, Suppanomimi) which each reduce delay by 5% according to ffxiclopedia.org. So that's 15% right there.

So I'm wondering would that 15% count towards your 25% haste cap or could you get another 25% haste from gear on top of that for a total of 40% reduction to delay.

Not including any delay buffs, just talking gear.

No. Haste is haste. DW is DW. Are figured seperatly when determining attack speed. So 50% haste and 50% DW would still have you at 400% attack speed instead of infinity

Your total delay reduction won't be 40% because they don't directly add on, but more or less yah.

DW also penalizes TP. Haste doesn't.
