Blazblue PS3/360

Getting it for 360 tomorrow. >.>; I'm probably gonna fail something fierce at it, but 2009 lacks good games.

May give this a shot as well. I liked SF4 and all, but the new coat of paint just makes me miss the traditional 2D fighter more. Started playing Arcana Heart again recently after not playing Melty Blood for months and months. lol Argento also told me a new Fatal Fury game hit XBL Arcade recently that's supposedly awesome, but I guess it's kind of a pain in the *** if you don't own an arcade stick. So eff that.

3) New/old Fatal Fury. Last one that came out. Came out around '99

The True ending made me hit things very, very hard. Otherwise Blazblue is a great fast paced game. It's speed reminded me of MvC2, but all the characters (except lolololcarl) are really balanced. Lemme know if anyone needs help with Story mode, 100%'d everyone except Taokaka. Her story is too damned long to go fine comb through.

Yeah, I've got it, and so far, I'm loving it.. I do have to admit.. The constant repetition of phrases on moves can get a little annoying..

But the overall package.. Fast-paced, unique fighting styles for characters, pretty design and presentation..

Carl does seem pretty fail, though.. Gotta love V-13-, though..

I spam Hakumen. Perfect blend of offense (his attacks are rediculously powerful but he is kinda slow on them) and defense (he has to wait for his meters to charge to use attacks, but is on the big side so can't wait too long). I use Bang sometimes too. Not because I use him properly, but because Bang is freaking awesome. xD

yea I have it for ps3..the game is awesome..love the animations..Hakumen is ridiculously powerful lol..my favorite character is Noel-Vermillion..her combos are sweet.. psn: Queenzlegendz91

both v-13 and hakumen needs nerfing in online Multiplayer because they are both Boss chars

Well, as far as I knew, you can't use their unlimited modes (boss mode) in online play, so I don't imagine they'd be any more of a problem than most..

Rylis is correct. In story and arcade mode, you fight their Unlimited versions. V-13 shoots more sword arrows, ground attacks shoot farther, etc. Hakumen does a tiny bit more damage but his gauge fills up every three seconds instead of seven, which is the huge selling point.

That being said, their NQ versions ARE gimped down to tier with everyone else. Hakumen gets owned by faster characters due to his delay in actions, and V-13 gets owned by people who are in your face breaking it. Unlimited versions are BANNED from Ranked online play, and even in Player Matches they are banned for the most part; host needs to set the option ON to enable it in the room.
