Currently Making A Delve Boss Ls.

Hello everyone, I'm currently making a Delve fracture boss linkshell, i plan on tackling down Tojil first with the bee second. I am not looking for top line players but for players that know there job and know how to survive.

As far as jobs go i am looking for 3 Bards with 3-4 song harps.
2 Scholars that have close to a perfect stun set.
3 white mages that no how to conserve their mp and can pay attention and not just toss a cure 5-6 if someone is down 400 health.
3-4 delve mnk not required to have rank 15 gear but would like it be atleast rank 10.
1 Drg same as mnk gear wise.
2 geomancers with capped skill and know the jobs in and outs.

Now them are the jobs im looking for when we were to tackle tojil. for bead farming other jobs could be used, but i plan on doing only inside delve runs and trying to clear all 5 nm's and tojil.
