Ok not sure if this helps, lots of r/ex but it does give an idea on where to put your focus, its where I put mine, and yes, its open for discussion:

Hands: Day/Ninja tekko +1, night/Koga tekko +1

Feet: Day/Rutters, Night/Koga kyahan
Back: Forager's mantle
Ammo: Fire bomblet

Yes, its very sad, I am still working on perdue but getting close. And sorry I know this does not help with AH TP/WS gear but I love this set up with pizza +1 and keeps me on par/keeping hate against most DD in Merits. so if you like my set up you can try to model from AH gear.

Blade:Ten is better when you're fighting high-defense/high-evasion mobs, Blade:Jin does is better at everything else. Like any other single-hit WS, Blade:Ten should be stacked with its respective mods, 1st STR. I know Vegetto is testing multi-hit WSes more to see their exact effects and whatnot.

That said, here's my gear on Ninja.

TP 1st -

Weapons: Senju/Perdu
Ammo: Bomb Core
Head: Walahra Turban
Neck: Chivalrous Chain
Body: Ninja Chainmail
Hands: Dusk Gloves
Legs: Dusk Trousers or Pahluwan Seraweels, depending on enemy. - Update: Now using Koga Hakamas.
Feet: Fuma Sune-ate
Back: Amemet+1
Waist: Swift Belt
Rings: Ulthalam's Ring & Rajas Ring
Earrings: Diabolos's Earring & Brutal Earring (Loquacious Earring macroed for shadows)

(Just listing the gear I swap-in.)

Blade: Jin Gear -
Head: Optical Hat
Body: Koga Chainmail
Hands: Hanzo Tekko
Feet: Rasetsu Sune-ate
Waist: Warwolf Belt

I actually have no macros for Blade:Ten right now, as I'd pretty much use same as above anyways. Otherwise, I'd use Koga Hakama or Byakko's Haidates if I ever got them.
