If I'm taking a joke literally, then ignore me. But, thoughts.
Probably want to avoid pulling anything that stuns or deals bad status. It gets really annoying when it's x10~20 mobs doing it. But if you can get all mobs lined up nicely, then phalanx+blocks will likely leave them all hitting 0. Providing nice TP gain, with no TP moves or dmg taken.
But really the major issue is that mobs of the level found in see are mostly going to miss a player in 119 gear. Even with the lower evasion ratings on heavy armour.
Options are:
Wearing eva- gear. Which is bad in this case cause you'll stop resisting nukes from AV.
Or pulling a truly massive number of mobs. Enough so the even at 20% hit rate, they're giving you TP at self skillchain speeds. Which has it's own set of issues. Even when moving along a wall, if you get enough mobs, they tend to flank you anyway. Gets worse with larger mob models.
Then there's the issue of JoL. If you pull your horde pre pop, can you even get JoL to move close enough to a wall to line up mobs? If not, you have to fight it surrounded by mass adds.
But if you did manage to get your mass pull + AV lined up nicely in front of you, then you should be able to rip AV a new one pretty fast.
ChantduCygne>Atonement>Savage Blade>ChantduCygne should make for a 4 step light. And chant and savage both hit pretty hard post update.
And as mentioned, there's the sanguine blade option for staying alive. And with that many mobs, you will always have TP.
