Renaye Ring Ya Or Nay?

Im a full geomancy missing only idris, so is it worth at this point to use the ring? Will it give me new tiers that are worth it or should i take another ring?

If you are capped on everything else gifts/cape augs etc. then you will get 1 tier in precision/fury/torpor and I think frailty(I forget). This is +1 acc/ +0.4% att/-1 eva for pre/fury/torpor respectively on non-JA'd bubbles. I have it and I haven't ever regretted getting it, but weatherspoon is for sure the better all around mage ring.
