Unless you are always at max acc, Beheader/Beheader+1 will always have 23/24 extra accuracy to help you narrow the gap, and it's better to land those Upheavals than to look for what some extra VIT will do.

Looks should never be a factor for preferring one piece over another though (they even added /lockstyle for vanity purposes).

IMO neither.. Svarga +39dmg, acc&atk +20, then idk DA+6 or WS dmg+7

Edit: But if it must be either of the two Beheader +1 for the same reasons as above.
