As title states. I went to Tenshodo and was unable to access the chest or trade the pants to it. I then went to the mahogany door in the Den of Rancor and couldn't access the fight.

Drop them and do the last mission over again. You'll get a new key.

How do I get to the fight? I thought its the same entrance as the SKCM?

It's in the Sacrificial Chamber. You may need to get one of the Hexes to be able to enter, so try that if you can't get in.
