Fastest Nation To Get Rank In

Comming from some small debate among friends we are debating what Nation is the fastest to do rank in.
Especially getting shadowlord done stage or all missions done

Considering the following requirements
- Telepoint/survivalbook access to everywhere (Cause we don't want to be just about distance walking
- Around level 50 to avoid most agro

Which do you think and why?

Sandy > Bastok > Windy

Sandy's missions are fairly straight forward, though some of the later ranks (8-10) can be time consuming if you don't have the homepoint teleports.

Bastok's I've never done, but I hear it is just about the same as Sandy's. The only issue with it is you need to be good at exploring mines; some people apparently find them annoying.

Windy: Puzzles... Ex) Mage Gate,castle oztroja.

All ranks are easy because... they give cp bonus!!!! :mic drop:

I can’t see any of them taking more than a few hours even in ilvl gear. They where geared towards lv40-75. Windy would probably be the slowest just to find help with the door. The other two shouldn’t be much different.
