I am at a loss, so posting here in hopes someone maybe knows or has ran into this issue...

On 2/3 characters I am unable to get the delve 2.0 KI from the mithra. If I trade the rock, nothing happens...

Adoulin missions are complete
All WKR zones completed and have the KIs
All delve zones are completed
Not sure that it matters, but 2/6 coalitions are legendary, so I do have some sort of standing
I do not already have the KI for the zone that I am trying to get
I can get a Delve 1.0 KI

I assume I have a mission / quest that is preventing me from receiving the dialogue, but I have no idea what it is.

Talk to npc, you might have dialogue queue'd up.

To trade a Phlox, Aster, or Russet Yggrete Rock for the corresponding planchette, players must obtain any one of the following:
Aged Ligneous Naakual crest (Yumcax)
Aged Booming Naakual crest (Hurkan)
Aged Flashfrost Naakual crest (Kumhau)

And have defeated all of the following:
Tojil
Dakuwaqa
Muyingwa

I had the same issue until I decieded to read the wiki.

I don't think anyone but the party leader can take you into Delve. At least that is what I've always done when I go to farm the zones. However to answer the question in proper, yes I did create pops on that character and have them enter the zone when I did the clears.

I have all of the aged crests and have all 6 zone clears.

Did you talk to the npc about 6 times to get through all the cutscenes/dialogues that allow v2 trades? Aside from the options, I remember there being an excessive amount of dialogue involved.
